Each round places you inside a panorama of one historical place. Your task is to work out where in the world it is and in what year the event happened.
1. Look around
You can turn the panorama all the way around. Look for clues — architecture, landscape, clothing, technology. Every detail can hint at the continent and the era.
2. Place it
Tap the map where you think the event happened. The closer to the real place, the more location points you earn.
3. Guess the year
Use the slider to set the year. Blue means BC, orange means AD. The closer to the real year, the more time points you earn.
How scoring works
Each round is worth up to 1000 points — 500 for location and 500 for the year. Points fall off the further you are from the real place and year. Accurate guesses earn experience, levels and badges.
Game modes
Solo play for a classic round, the daily "This day in history" challenge (one round, one attempt per day), themed campaigns, and multiplayer for up to 12 players competing on the same rounds.
